Քիչ առաջ ուժեղ պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց Ձորի մարզում։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի Վայքի վարչական տարածքում գործող գազալցակայանում պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում և մի քանի բագազաբալոններն էլ շպրտվել են։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ պայթյունի հետևանքով, բարեբախտաբար, զոհեր և վիրավորներ չկան։

Այս պահին դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Վայոց Ձորի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության աշխատակիցները՝ վարչության պետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի և Վայքի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ հրամանատար Ռուստամ Զոհրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ։
