Ադրբեջանը հուշագիր են ստորագրել տարանցիկ փոխադրումների դյուրացման մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Թեհրանում ՌԴ դեսպանատան առեւտրային ներկայացուցչության մամուլի ծառայությունը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Օգոստոսի 22-ին Թեհրանում հուշագիր է ստորագրվել Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ տարանցիկ փոխադրման դյուրացման վերաբերյալ։ Բանակցություններին ռուսական կողմը ներկայացնում էր Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Բուլավինը։ Նշվում է նաեւ, որ «փաստաթուղթը պետք է նպաստի արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության (արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության) մաքսային ընթացակարգերի մասնակիցների պարզեցմանն ու արագացմանը»։

Ներկայումս Իրանից Ռուսաստան ապրանքների տարանցման հիմնական ցամաքային ուղին անցնում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքով։
