«Սուրմալու»-ի ողբերգության կապակցությամբ ցավակցություն է հայտնել Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը։

«Այսօր ես միանում եմ բոլոր հայերին, որոնք սգում են «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացածների համար»,- Twitter–ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է Միշելը։

Նա շուտափույթ ապաքինում մաղթել բոլոր տուժածներին:

Հիշեցնենք`«Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել օգոստոսի 14-ին՝ մոտավորապես 13։23-ին։ Երևան քաղաքի ԲԿ-ներ էին դիմել 62 քաղաքացիներ, որոնցից 4-ը շարունակում են բուժում ստանալ, իսկ մյուսները, ստանալով համապատասխան բուժօգնություն, դուրս են գրվել։ Այս պահին հայտնի է, որ 16 մարդ մահացել է, 2 մարդ որոնվում է։
