«Արսեն Երեւանսկին» ազատ է արձակվել

«Օրենքով գող» Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, որն առավել հայտնի է՝ «Արսեն Երեւանսկի» մականունով քիչ առաջ ազատ է արձակվել։ NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ լրացել է նրա ձերբակալման 72 ժամը։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ իրավապահները ձերբակալել էին Արսեն Մկրտչյանին։ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Աջափնյակի նստավայրում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 27-ին, քննվել է «Արսեն Երեւանսկուն» կալանավորելու մասին միջնորդությունը։ Դատարանն այսօր կհրապարակի կալանավորման մասին միջնորդության որոշումը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արսեն Երեւանսկին անցնում է եւս մեկ քրեական գործով, որը վերաբերում է քրեական ենթամշակույթ ստեղծելուն, այդ գործը դատարանում է։ Նա այդ քրեական գործով տեւական ժամանակ գտնվում էր կալանքի տակ, սակայն ունենալով առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ, նա կալանքից ազատ էր արձակվել։
