Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի խորհրդի` հուլիսի 22-ի արտահերթ նիստում ժամը 10:30-ին համապատասխան թվով խորհրդի անդամներ չեն գրանցվել:

ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքի 27-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ եւ ԱԺ խորհրդի աշխատակարգի 6-րդ մասերի համաձայն, եթե խորհրդի գրանցված անդամների թիվը նիստի իրավազորության համար բավարար չէ, ապա գրանցումը շարունակվում է մինչեւ անհրաժեշտ թվով խորհրդի անդամների գրանցվելը, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան երկու ժամ:

Մինչեւ ժամը 12:30-ը քվորում չի ապահովվել. ԱԺ խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստը համարվել է չկայացած:
