«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. 

Մեր աչքը սովորեցրին, որ ցանկացած պետական միջոցառման, մանավանդ՝ դատաիրավական եւ ոստիկանության համակարգին առնչվող, պետք է պարտադիր ներկա լինեն սորոսական ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչները եւ արեւմտյան դեսպանները։ Իսկ ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Անդրեա Վիկտորինի պարագայում, առհասարակ տպավորություն է, թե կառավարական կաբինետներից երբեք դուրս չի գալիս։

Երեկ նա մասնակցել եւ բացման խոսք է ասել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարությունից բխող 2020-2022թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի կատարումը համակարգող խորհրդի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ, որով ազդարարվել է նոր՝ «2023-2025 թթ. Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործողության ծրագրի նախագծման աշխատանքների մեկնարկը»:
