Sputnik Արմենիա ռադիոկայանի եթերում նա խոստանում է՝ Տավուշի մարզում թեժացնելու է քաղաքական պայքարը:

 «Վերջին 5 տարում ես Տավուշի մարզում եմ բնակվել, հետևաբար իմ ուղերձներն ու թիրախներն ավելի շատ են, քան այն մարդկանց մոտ, որոնք ժողովրդի հետ ավելի քիչ շփումներ են ունեցել»,- ասում է Բաբաջանյանը։

Նա խոստանում է անկեղծ լինել իր ընտրողների հետ, նշում է, որ ընտրվելու դեպքում իր թիրախում է լինելու հատկապես Նոյեմբերյանը, որն արդյունաբերական շրջան չէ, և այնտեղ ենթակառուցվածքների հսկայական համակարգ է պետք ստեղծել տնտեսական ակտիվություն ունենալու համար։
