«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը հուլիսի 7-ին հրավիրել է արտահերթ նստաշրջան, որը թերևս վերջինն է լինելու։

Օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 22 հարց, որոնք մինչեւ այժմ օրենսդիրները չէին հասցրել քննարկել։ Նախագծերի մեծ մասի հեղինակը կառավարությունն է եւ այն քննարկվելու է առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցում։

Նշենք, որ օրակարգում է նաեւ Պաշտպանության մասին օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին հարցը, որով փոփոխությունների է ենթարկվելու Պաշտպանության նախարարության կառուցվածքը։ Օրինակ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոն այլեւս չի լինելու եւ այն համարվելու է Պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ։
