Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում, ռուսական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ, հանդիպել են Ռուսաստանի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի Գլխավոր դատախազներ Կրասնովը, Դավթյանն ու Ալիեւը։ 

Իգոր Կրասնովը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի իր գործընկերներին կառուցողական համագործակցության և խաղաղության և կայունության հասնելուն ուղղված ջանքերի համար՝ ի շահ տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդների։
