ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյանը գրում է. «Ի՞նչ է նկատի ունեցել Հայաստանում Եվրոպական Միության դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը, երբ Մեղրիում ցուցադրել է Հարավային Կովկասի պատկերով կարված կտորե պայուսակ, որի վրա Հայաստանն առանց Արցախի է, իսկ Եվրոպական Միության դրոշով երևութական Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապվում է Մեղրիով։
Եվ ո՞վ է թույլ տվել ԵՄ-ի դեսպանին` Հայաստանի ու Արցախի համար այս զգայուն իրավիճակում վերջնական չհստակեցված, չսահմանազատված թերի սահմաններով կիսատ-պռատ գեղարվեսական քարտեզներ հրապարակել, առանց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ համաձայնեցնելու` այսպիսով ոտնահարելով ու չհարգելով ՀՀ օրենքը պետական սահմանի վերաբերյալ։
