Քիչ առաջ ԱԱԾ ծառայողների կողմից բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՅԴ «Նիկոլ Աղբալյան » ուսանողական միության անդամ Գառնիկ Մելքումյանը, ով Արցախյան 44֊օրյա պատերազմի մեկնարկին պես` հենց սեպտեմբերի 27֊ին, կամավորագրվել էր պատերազմ մեկնելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՅԴ «Նիկոլ Աղբալյան» ուսանողական միության ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։

«Մեր հայրենիքը թշնամուն մաս առ մաս հանձնող իշխանությունների կողմից սա հերթական ակնհայտ քաղաքական հետապնդում է։ Իրավապահներին կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիների արդար բողոքի ձայնը լռեցնելու միտումով ձեռնարկվող բռնաճնշումներ իրականացնելուց։
