«2021 թվականին Ղարաբաղի բնակչության բոլոր կոմունալ վճարները՝ յուրաքանչյուրի համար որոշակի ծավալի չափով, ինչպես նաև պետական հատվածի բոլոր աշխատավարձերը, վճարել է ՀՀ Կառավարությունը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների վճարած հարկերի հաշվին»,- Ազգային ժողովում 2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի նախնական քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ Արցախը երբեք այդքան մեծ բյուջե չի ունեցել, որքան 2021թ., Հայաստանը երբևէ այսչափ մեծ օգնություն չի ցուցաբերել Արցախին, և, որ հետպատերազմական շրջանում Արցախի բյուջեն եղել է «պատմական»:
