Նախօրեին Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, որ ինքը չի ողջունել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքականություն վերադառնալը:

Բայց կարևորն այն է, որ ժողովուրդն է ողջունել Ծառուկյանի վերադարձին: Մեր ժողովուրդը մի իմաստուն խոսք ունի, ասում է. «Ձայն բազմաց, ձայն Աստծո»: Մեր ողջ ազգը՝ Ամասիայից մինչև Մեղրի ողջունել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վերադարձը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը ոնց ոգևորեր Ծառուկյանի վերադարձին, երբ ՀՀԿ-ն իր ողջ պետական ռեսուրսով հանդերձ վարկանիշից զրկվել է, իսկ Ծառուկյանի վարկանիշն աճում է ժամ-ժամի:
