ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող բիոլաբորատորիաները գտնվում են Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներում, Մոսկվան այս խնդիրը քննարկում է իր հարևանների հետ թե՛ երկկողմանի հիմքով, թե՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցով։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը RT Arabic հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում, որը հեռարձակվել է հինգշաբթի, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Նման բիոլաբորատորիաներ կան Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներում։ Մենք այս երկրների հետ քննարկում ենք այդ խնդիրները երկկողմ հիմքով և ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցով։ ՀԱՊԿ գրեթե բոլոր երկրների և ԱՊՀ մյուս երկրների հետ մենք կնքում ենք կենսաբանական անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության հուշագրեր, որոնք ենթադրում են փոխադարձ տեղեկատվություն, թե ինչպես են զարգանում կենսաբանական ծրագրերը մեր յուրաքանչյուր երկրում»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

«Այս հուշագրերը ներառում են փոխայցելություններ և ծանոթացում լաբորատորիաների գործունեությանը։ Բացի այդ, գրված է, որ մեր կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի կենսաբանական օբյեկտներում ոչ մի երրորդ կողմի ռազմական ներկայացուցիչներ չպետք է լինեն»,- հավելել է Լավրովը։
