Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը հրապարակել է դատարանի որոշումը՝ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց գրավը չի փոխվի։

«Դատարանը որոշեց մերժել Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու կամ վերացնելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը»,– ասել է Դանիբեկյանը։

Հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա հունիսի 14-ին, ժամը 13։00-ին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ դատարանը քննում էր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանի միջնորդությունը՝  Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ։
