Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները և խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Լիտվայի նախագահ Գիտանաս Նաուսեդայի հետ չորեքշաբթի կայացած հանդիպմանը։

«Մենք լայնորեն քննարկել ենք նաև տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակը, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը։ Ես գիտեմ, որ Ադրբեջանից հետո նախագահը կայցելի Հայաստան։ Համոզված եմ, որ այս այցի ավարտից հետո նա կունենա ամբողջական պատկեր։
