Արթուր Դավթյանը կատարել է հանձնարարությունն ու կառավարությանն է ներկայացրել ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծը․ «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Դիմադրության շարժման չորրորդ օրը, երբ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հաշվետվություն էր ներկայացնում ԱԺ-ում, ցուցումներ ստացավ թիվ մեկ ուսապարկ Վահագն Ալեքսանյանից, թե լավ չի իրականացնում ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման գործընթացը, ինչի հետեւանքով նախկիններն այսօր այդ «գույքով» փողոցներ են փակում։ Նրա «կռիվը» բեռնատարների դեմ էր, որով ընդդիմադիրները փողոց էին փակում։

Բառացիորեն օրեր անց Դավթյանը խելոք աշակերտի պես կատարել է իրեն տրված հանձնարարությունը՝ կառավարությանն է ներկայացրել  ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծ, որով առաջարկում է ուսումնասիրության ենթակա անձանց շրջանակն ընդլայնել: Նպատակն ավելի քան պարզ է` օրենքը որպես մահակ օգտագործել ընդդիմադիրների դեմ։ Որոշել են հրատապ ռեժիմով ընդունել նախագիծը:

Երեկ կառավարությունը պահանջել է, որ խորհրդարանը մայիսի 19-ին արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրի, որի օրակարգում է նշված փոփոխության ընդունումը»:
