«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Պաշտոնական տվյալներով, Ադրբեջանը գնել է մոտ 120 զրահապատ ավտոմեքենա, հիմնականում՝ «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի: Դրանց միջին արժեքը մոտ 450 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար է: Այսինքն, միջինից բարձր բոլոր պաշտոնյաներին պետությունը որոշել է ապահովել թանկարժեք զրահապատ ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաներով:

Դժվար չէ այս տեղեկության ֆոնին պատկերացնել Հայաստանի իշխանության վերին էշելոնների ներկայացուցիչների՝ հասարակությունից ու հատկապես մամուլից դժգոհ դեմքերը: Կատակ բան չէ. ի վերջո, հակառակորդ երկրում նման ահռելի պետական գնում են իրականացնում ծառայողական մեքենաների վրա, և գրեթե ոչ մի դժգոհություն, իսկ մեզ մոտ յուրաքանչյուր նույնիսկ անհամեմատելի գնումը «քթներից են բերում»՝ առաջացնելով բողոքի մեծ ալիք: Էլի չնեղանա՞ն...
