«Օրենքով գողերի» 7 հիմնական կանոնները

Ռուս քրեագետ Յուրի Ալեքսանդրովն իր «Քրեական ենթամշակույթի ակնարկներ» գրքում անդրադարձել է «օրենքով գողեր» կոչվող հասարակական ֆենոմին: Ընդհանրացնելով գողական աշխարհայացքի էությունը՝ նա առանձնացնում է 7 հիմնական պահանջներ, որոնք պարտադիր են «օրենքով գողերի» համար: Դրանք են՝

1. Հետևել և աջակցել «գողական աշխարհայացքին»,

2. Միմյանց նկատմամբ ազնիվ լինել,

3. Նոր անդամներ ներգրավել իրենց միջավայրի մեջ, նախընտրելի է երիտասարդներ,

4. Օրենքով գողերի իշխանությունը հաստատել կալանավայրերում,

5. Իրավապահ մարմինների հետ համագործակցությունն անընդունելի է,

6. Քաղաքական գործությամբ զբաղվելն անթույլատրելի է,

7. Պարտադիր է թղթախաղ խաղալու ունակությունը:

Նշված 7 պարտադիր կանոններին հարկավոր է ավելացնել նաև այսպես կոչված «հասկացության» կանոնները:
