Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահի, Հայաստանի վարչապետի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ապրիլի 6-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքի, տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի, Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների օրակարգի մի շարք հարցերի մասին:

Փաշինյանը եւ Միշելը քննարկել են նաեւ ԵՄ-ի Արեւելյան գործընկերության տնտեսական եւ ներդրումային պլանի շրջանակներում Հայաստանին 2.6 միլիարդ եվրո հատկացնելու պայմանավորվածության կատարման ընթացքը, ընդգծել ներդրումային փաթեթով նախատեսված ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրագործման կարեւորությունը: Շառլ Միշելը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի համար նախատեսված ներդրումային ծրագիրը լիարժեք կերպով իրականացնելու ԵՄ հանձնառությունը եւ ընդգծել ծրագրերի գործնական իրագործման փուլը հնարավորինս արագ սկսելու կարեւորությունը:
