Հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետեւանքով հունվարի 22-ին զոհված Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանը ԼՂՀ Մարտունի քաղաքից էր: Նա ընտանիքի ավագ որդին էր՝ 22 տարեկան, իրենից բացի ուներ 2 եղբայր եւ 2 քույր:

Կայքի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Մարտունու քաղաքապետ Մհեր Խաչատրյանը, Կարենի ընտանիքն ապրում է ծայրահեղ կարիքավորության մեջ, հայրը զոհվել է Արցախյան պատերազմում:

«Ընտանիքը սոցիալական դժվարություններ ունի, միայն մայրն է աշխատում, հազիվ է ծայրը ծայրին հասցնում: Նրան օգնում էր նաեւ պայմանագրային աշխատող որդին՝ Կարենը: Նա դիպուկահար էր: Ժամկետային զինծառայության ընթացքում այնքան սխրանքներ էր գործել եւ խրախուսանքների արժանացել, որ կրկին վերադարձել էր Զինված ուժեր»,- պատմեց Մհեր Խաչատրյանը:
