Պետդումա է ներկայացվել ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վարորդական վկայականը ճանաչելու օրինագիծ

ՌԴ կառավարությունը օրինագիծ է ներկայացրել Պետդումա, որը նախատեսում է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների վարորդական իրավունքի ազգային վկայականների ճանաչումը ձեռնարկատիրական և աշխատանքային գործունեություն իրականացնելու ժամանակ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է Դումայի էլեկտրոնային տվյալների բազայում:

«Փոփոխությունները նախատեսում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների ազգային վարորդական վկայականների ճանաչում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում ձեռնարկատիրական և աշխատանքային գործունեության իրականացնելիս»,-ասված է օրինագծում:

Ներկայում նման կարգ գործում է Ղրղզստանի քաղաքացիների և այն պետությունների քաղաքացիների համար, որոնց օրենսդրությունը ռուսերենը սահմանում է որպես պաշտոնական լեզու:
