ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանը վարույթ է ընդունել Ռ. Քոչարյանի, Ս. Օհանյանի, Յ. Խաչատուրովի, Ա. Գևորգյանի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի 2021թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ի որոշման դեմ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ներկայացրած բողոքը: Այս մասին հայտնում են Դատախազությունից:

Բողոքով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Վճռաբեկ դատարանին միջնորդել է դիմել Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատարավարության օրենսգրքի մի քանի հոդվածների դրույթերի Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանությունը որոշելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև բեկանել գործով նշված անձանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու և քրեական գործի մասը կարճելու վերաբերյալ Առաջին ատյանի, Վերաքննիչ դատարանների որոշումները ու քրեական գործն ուղարկել ստորադաս դատարան՝ նոր քննության:
