Դատավոր Բորիս Բախշիյանի կալանավորման գործով պաշտպանական կողմի ներկայացրած վերաքննիչ բողոքները մերժվեցին: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Բախշիյանի փաստաբան Արսեն Սարդարյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Բախշիյանը ձերբակալվել է փետրվարի 7-ին։ Նա մեղադրվում է իր վարած գործերից մեկով ամբաստանյալին ապօրինի ձերբակալելու մեջ։ Դատավորը քննել է նաև «Սիսական» ջոկատի հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանի գործը։ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը որոշել է հետաքննության ընթացքում կասեցնել նրա լիազորությունները։
