Նշվում է, որ փրկարարները դժվարությամբ են կարողացել հասնել դեպքի վայր ու մուտք գործել ձյունածածկ շինություն: Բուժօգնություն է տրամադրվել 2 հոգու, որոնք ձնահյուսքի իջնելու պահին գտնվել են հյուրանոցից դուրս ու տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության ականատեսն են դարձել:

Աղբյուրը հիշեցնում է, որ ձնահյուսքը լեռնային տեղանքում գտնվող եռահարկ հյուրանոցի վրա է թափվել հունվարի 18-ին՝ երկրի կենտրոնական հատվածում տեղի ունեցած ստորգետնյա ցնցումներից հետո:
