Իրավագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը գրում է․

«Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի հասցեին հաճոյախոսությւոններ շռայլած Բաքվի բռնապետը Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան  «դաշինքի» մասին հայտարարության թանաքը դեռ չչորացած արդեն գրեթ բացահայտորեն անցել է հակառուսական գործողությունների ճամբար։

Այս մասին անուղղակիորեն հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը թվիթերյան իր գրառման մեջ նշելով, որ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Բաքվի բռնապետի  Ուկրաինային տրամադրած օգնության համար։

Թե ինչպիսի «օգնություն» է դա եղել, կարծում եմ՝ արդեն կասկածից գրեթե վեր է՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև ռուսական և սիրիական ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումները։ Բաքվի բռնապետական վարչախումբը հումանիտար օգնության անվան տակ մերձավորարևելյան ահաբեկիչ վարձկաններ է առաքել Ուկրաինայում ռուսական զորքերի և Դոնբասի կամավորականների դեմ կռվելու համար»։
