«Փաստի» թղթակիցը «Ժողովրդական կուսակցության» նախագահ Տիգրան Կարապետյանին հարցրեց, թե իշխանությունից խռոված քաղաքական գործիչը պատրաստվում է մասնակցել գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:

Պարզվում է, որ Տիգրան Կարապետյանի համար հույսի հաղորդիչ է ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը. «Հույս է ներշնչում Սեյրան Օհանյանը, ով միացել է Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանին ու կոչ է անում բոլորին միանալ: Մենք էլ ենք այդ կոչին միացել՝ հավաքվել ենք առաջնորդ Սեյրան Օհանյանի շուրջ:

Նա Արցախի հերոս է, անկոտրում ու ազնիվ մարդ, իսկ մենք ազնիվ մարդկանց պակաս ունենք: Ես համարում եմ, որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտը կմիավորվի, Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանն ընդդիմադիր գործիչ է»,– ասաց Տ. Կարապետյանը խորը համոզմունքով:
