Փոխարտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ հիմնական առաջնահերթությունը կոմունիկացիաների վերականգնումն է, այդ թվում՝ դեպի Նախիջևան երկաթուղու և ավտոմայրուղու բացումը։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք առանց նախապայմանների սկսել Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ կարող է տեղի ունենալ երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և այլ կապերի վերականգնման գործընթաց», - ընդգծել է Խալաֆովը։
