Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը տարբեր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից, այդ թվում ականանետերի կիրառմամբ, ակտիվ կրակ են վարում Արցախի Հանրապետության Ասկերանի շրջանի Խրամորթ և Նախիջևանիկ, Մարտունու շրջանի Խնուշինակ և Կարմիր շուկա համայնքների վարչական տարածքների, ճանապարհների ուղղությամբ՝ կասեցնելով բոլոր տեսակի գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները, խոչընդոտներ հարուցելով բնակիչների ազատ տեղաշարժին:

Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, իրավապահ մարմինները հնարավորինս ձեռնարկում են բոլոր միջոցները ադրբեջանական կողմի հանցավոր արարքները և դրանց հետևանքները փաստագրելու ուղղությամբ:

Օրվա ընթացքում Խրամորթ համայնքի հարևանությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետից բարձրախոսով կրկին հնչեցվել են ,,տարածքը լքելու և ուժ կիրառելու,, սպառնալիքներ:
