Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ստորագրել է օրենք, որը պատժամիջոցների պայմաններում քաղաքացիներին եւ բիզնեսին աջակցելու մի շարք սոցիալ-տնտեսական միջոցառումներ է պարունակում:

Նախաձեռնությունը կոչված է պաշտպանել երկրի ազգային շահերը օտարերկրյա պետությունների եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ոչ բարեկամական գործողություններից, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Փաստաթղթով սահմանվում են տնտեսական ոլորտին աջակցելու մեխանիզմները, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված թույլատրման եւ լիցենզավորման ընթացակարգերի պարզեցումը, որոնք կարգավորում են պետական եւ քաղաքային կարիքները բավարարելու համար ապրանքների, աշխատանքների, ծառայությունների գնումների դեպքում իրավական ռեժիմի առանձնահատկությունները:
