Ադրբեջանը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Իշխան Սարգսյանին և Վլադիմիր Ռաֆայելյանին մեղադրել է «ահաբեկչության» մեջ և դատապարտել համապատասխանաբար 19 և 18 տարվա ազատազրկման։
Դատավճռում նշվում է նաև, որ նրանք 9 տարի պետք է անցկացնեն բանտում, իսկ մնացած ժամկետը՝ խիստ ռեժիմի գաղութում։
