«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Դատական համակարգում արշալույսները կրկին խաղաղ չեն: Դատավորների եւ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանի միջեւ վեճերն ու հակասություններն այնքան են թեժացել, որ դատավորներն անգամ դիմում են դատարան:

Այսպիսով, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Սիմա Իսկանդարյանը դիմել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարան՝ դատի տալով ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանին: Դատավորը պահանջում է, որ դատարանը ստիպի նախարարին 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին կայացրած որոշումը չեղյալ համարել: Խոսքը Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Սիմա Իսկանդարյանի նկատմամբ կարգապահական վարույթ հարուցելու մասին է:

Նշենք, որ նախարարը դատավորի նկատմամբ կարգապահական վարույթ է հարուցել, եւ դրա հիմք է եղել Արդարադատության նախարարության վերահսկողության ծառայության բաժնի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ն.Խալաթյանի զեկուցագիրը: Ի դեպ, դատարանն էլ մերժել է դատավորի հայցն ընդդեմ արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանի, ինչն էլ անսպասելի չէ:
