Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու գրասենյակի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Միխայիլ Պոդոլյակը հայտարարել է, որ Կիևը և Մոսկվան պայմանավորվել են Ուկրաինայի իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլի շուրջ։ YouTube-ում նրա հայտարարությունը հեռարձակել է BelTA գործակալությունը։

Նրա խոսքով` ուկրաինական և ռուսական պատվիրակություններն անցկացրել են բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը, որի հիմնական նպատակն է եղել քննարկել Ուկրաինայի տարածքում կրակի դադարեցման հետ կապված հարցերը։ Կողմերը, նշել է Պոդոլյակը, առանձնացրել են մի շարք առաջնահերթ թեմաներ, որոնց վերաբերյալ նախանշվել են «որոշակի որոշումներ»։
