Դա օրենքի նախագիծն է, իզուր են դրա մեջ տեսնում քաղաքական բաղադրիչ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 23-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արման Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններին, որով մասնավորապես, ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնը նախատեսվում է որպես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ:

«Հիմա էլ է ԳՇ պետը ենթակա, պաշտպանության նախարարին ենթակա է, որովհետեւ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբը ենթակա պետական մարմին է ՊՆ կազմում: Իսկ փոփոխությունները, ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր կառույցում, անընհատ իրականացվող քայլեր են: Օրենքի նախագիծը քննարկման փուլում է, այդ ամբողջ փոփոխությունն իրականացվում է ԶՈՒ մարտունակությունը եւ ՊՆ աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունն ապահովելու համար»,-ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՊՆ-ում կադրային փոփոխություններին, Սարգսյանն ասաց. «Ես չեմ կարող գնահատել, թե ում ինչի համար են հանում, կարծում եմ՝ փոփոխություններն
