ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպմանը խոսել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում առեւտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացման վերաբերյալ որոշակի պայմանավորվածությունների ձեռքբերման մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ կան նաեւ վեճեր, սակայն Մոսկվան ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի կարգավորման գործընթացը շարունակվի խաղաղ ճանապարհով։

«Ամեն դեպքում, արդեն կան որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ ոչ միայն այնտեղ ապրող բոլոր մարդկանց անվտանգության ապահովման, այլեւ առեւտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացման, տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման առումով։ Գիտեմ, որ դեռ վեճեր կան, աշխատելու բան կա։ Բայց մենք մեր կողմից ամեն ինչ կանենք, որպեսզի այս գործընթացը զարգանա խաղաղ ճանապարհով եւ որպեսզի հասնենք ներգրավված բոլոր կողմերի գոհունակությանը»,- ասել է Պուտինը։
