Արդեն 3 ժամից ավելի է, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Սյունիքի մարզում։ 200-ից ավելի տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, այդ թվում՝ բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների վարորդներ, Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 195-197 կմ հատվածը չեն կարողանում անցնել։

Պատճառը Սիսիանի ճանշինի թերի աշխատանքն է. նրանք չեն կատարել ճանապարհը ձյան շերտից և մերկասառույցից մաքրելու աշխատանքներ։

Օպերատիվ են գործել միայն Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Սիսիանի թիվ 57 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները, ովքեր փորձում են բահերով ճանապարհի վրայից մաքրել ձյունն ու մերկասառույցը։
