Жители сел Цовагюх и Семеновка в знак протесте против укрупнения общин перекрыли дорогу областного значения Ереван-Севан-Иджеван в части, проходящей по территории села Цовагюх. Протестующие требуют у правительства отменить злополучное решение.

По информации Shamshyan.com, возникшая в результате действий протестующих пробка растянулась на 1-1.5 км. С протестующими ведет переговоры заместитель начальника Севанского отдела полициии Казар Давтян.
