Հունվարի 19-ին, ժամը 22.10-ին, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աջ կրնկոսկրի և խորանարդաձև ոսկրի կոտրվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության դիմած 18-ամյա երիտասարդը հայտնել է, որ մեքենան հարվածել է ոտքին:

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ ժամը 20.00-ի սահմաններում Մասիս քաղաքի Հանրապետության փողոցում «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի անհայտ մեքենայի անիվը դիպել է երիտասարդի կրոնկոսրի հատվածին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ մեքենան և վարորդին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
