Կալանք է դրվել Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գույքի վրա

Ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով դատարանը կալանք է դրել Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի, նրա կնոջ և զավակների գույքի վրա՝ բավարարելով դատախազության միջնորդությունը: Այս տեղեկությունը լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել են դատախազության մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Կալանքը կիրառվել է որպես ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցի ապահովման միջոց: Մանվել Գրիգորյանին փոխկապակցված անձինք՝ կինը, որդիներն ու աղջիկները, դատախազություն են հրավիրվել վարույթի նյութերին ծանոթանալու եւ դիրքորոշում հայտնելու համար:

Ըստ դատախազության՝ ժառանգության իրավունքով նրանց պատկանող գույքը ենթակա է բռնագանձման:

Գլխավոր դատախազությունից պարզաբանեցին, որ մահվան հանգամանքը չի բացառում ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձումը։
