Մուսալեռում հունվարի 8-ին, գազի արտահոսքի հետևանքով ամուսնու և 4-ամսական երեխայի հետ բնակարանում մահացած հայտնաբերված Աննա Միսակյանը էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի սպանության գործով կարևոր վկան էր:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 279-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ Անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ վաճառելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը:
