Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս կենտրոնական ավտոճանապարհի Գուդաուրի-Կոբի հատվածը բացվել է թեթեւ մարդատար մեքենաների համար, հաղորդում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիա»-ն՝ հղում անելով Վրաստանի ավտոճանապարհների դեպարտամենտին։ 

Մլետա-Գուդաուրի եւ Գուդաուրի-Կոբի հատվածներում երթեւեկությունը կիրականացվի անդադար՝ միայն ձնահոսքի պաշտպանության թունելներով։ 

Երթեւեկությունը համակարգում է պարեկային ոստիկանությունը։

Վերջին օրերին դեկապարտամենտում անդադար աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում ճանապարհի մաքրման ուղղությամբ։ Ձնահոսքի վտանգի պատճառով Վերին Լարսով երթեւեկությունը մի քանի օր փակ է եղել։
