Իսկ կարո՞ղ է բոլոր բժիշկների ուսերին դնեք այդ փոխհատուցումը (ձեզանից սպասելի է), ովքեր արդարացնում էին նախարարի հրամանը, պատիժ կրեն (իրենք գումարը փախհատուցեն)՝ հակասահմանադրական գործընթացը արդարացնելու և սատարելու համար...
Պատվաստումը նվազեցնում է հոսպիտալիզացիայի և մահացության դեպքերը, բայց դրա համար արդյո՞ք արժի 30% (իսկ ըստ որոշ հաշվարկների՝ 40%) աղքատություն ունեցող երկրի բնակչության հետ նման կերպ վարվել... Փոխարենը պետք էր մարդկանց հետ աշխատել՝ բացատրել, այլ ոչ թե պարտադրել:
